About Us
Diligence Direct LLC is a family-owned business co-founded by two sisters whose combined expertise spans permitting, construction, HR, operations, and engineering. Together they built a company that's both technically sharp and professionally run — dedicated to making permitting simple and stress-free for contractors and developers nationwide.
8+ years as a Plans Examiner and Permit Technician across city building departments. Former Plans Examiner at the City of Palm Springs and permit consultant for Willdan Performance Engineering across multiple municipalities.
10+ years in HR and operations across healthcare, staffing, and energy sectors. Holds two Bachelor's degrees — Technical Management/HR (DeVry, Magna Cum Laude) and Electrical Engineering (SCIT, Magna Cum Laude).
